Accra, Ghana – August 6, 2025 – Climate Communications and Local Governance-Africa (CCLG-Africa) is proud to mark its 4th anniversary. Over the past four years, CCLG-Africa has remained steadfast in its commitment to achieving its aims and objectives: promoting climate communication and awareness among policymakers, CSOs, and businesses across Africa.
Since its inception, CCLG-Africa has worked tirelessly to advocate for climate justice, resilience, and sustainability goals. Our efforts have focused on empowering stakeholders with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the pressing challenges of climate change.
We are grateful for the unwavering support of our partners, collaborators, Board members, Executive Council members, and entire membership. Their dedication and commitment have been instrumental in driving our mission forward.
We are particularly honored to have the *Rt. Honorable Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin*, Speaker of Ghana’s Parliament, as our Chief Patron. His leadership and support have been a cornerstone of our organization’s success.
